Denver Driver Kills Tow Truck Driver in Deadly Accident | Denver Personal Injury Lawyer

28-year-old Zachariah Dobler of Wheat Ridge has been accused of driving under the influence after he struck and killed a local tow-truck driver. At the time of the accident, Alan Dilley of Wheat Ridge was helping clear an earlier accident that occurred near the intersection of West 58th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard. Dobler did not stop after hitting Dilley and was arrested just a few minutes later. Sadly, this is not Zachariah Dobler’s first offense; he has already had his license suspended once in the past few years. According to the Denver Post, Dobler has already served jail time prior to this accident. Police are still investigating the exact cause of the accident.
