Mr. Norton has been practicing in the area of personal injury and negligence law since 1992. He is licensed in the state and federal courts of Colorado in addition to being a licensed Utah attorney. Mr. Norton received his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University Law School in 1991. In 1988 Mr. Norton graduated from Utah State University with a dual Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Administration with an emphasis in Personnel/Human Resource Management. He has a minor in Economics.

Family and lifestyle is important to Mr. Norton and his wife, Robyn. They have a "Brady Bunch" or blended family which he calls "mine, hers, ours and someone else's." Robyn and Dallas brought six children into their marriage in 1996 and have since adopted one. They also became guardian of two children whose parents both passed away. They love all of their children dearly and enjoy going to the movies as a family and on vacations together. They have discovered the benefits of "group discounts" on airlines and when traveling together.
